      Please take this as personal submission to NIRB regards to Uranvan-Garry Lake project.

      For the past two winters & summers, I, as a hunter along with my husband, Jacob Ikinilik have noticed that there has been very few cows with calves in our hunting areas.

      As traditional hunters, we use different types of skins for clothing. We have seen mostly male caribou, namely bulls. Both me and my husband opposed to the proposed project, and we strongly recommend that Uravan's application be denied. We also know of other elders that are originally from that area are also opposed to the project.
