Was just discussing this file with Philippe.  Due to the fact that Dundee are now the operator/owners, they will be required to submit an application and it will be treated as a NEW application.  We are unable to assign the file or renew it since it expired at the end of December.  All documents received from Dundee are required to be in their name and not Kinross or Miramar.  We will have to notify the distribution list of these events and cancel the application for renewal in the name of Miramar.
