Mr. McKee,
THis email is a follow-up to a letter sent out to
yourself on March 23, 2005 with respect to the above renewal application for the
NWB2HEE Licence. The Licence on file was to expire on December 31, 2004
and the renewal was subject to the submission of a revised Spill
Contingency Plan. To this date, the NWB has not received the revised Spill
Contingency Plan as requested in the letter.
Please confirm your intentions and the date
expected for the submission of the revised Plan to the NWB Licensing
Manager, Phyllis Beaulieu.
