Subject: Water Consumption for High Lake Exploration Water License

Phyllis: I checked with Ian Neill on the water consumption figures for the drilling. We typically will use about 25 M3 per day per rig. We have up to 3 rigs planned for High Lake, which adds up to 75 m3/day consumption. There was a typographical error in the questionnaire with the 180 m3/day. It should have read 80 m3/day for drilling. The camp uses about 100 L/person/day. With a maximum occupancy of 40 that would be 4 m3/day for the camp. All sources taken together are 84 M3/day, but we would like to have 100 M3/day permitted to cover contingencies so that we don’t inadvertently run out of compliance.

I trust this provides the clarification you were looking for. Let me know if you have anything further that you need from us.
