Thanks Dave,

For the moment we should still work under the “Wolfden” name – I may have jumped the gun with my Zinifex contact info.  Apparently until the legal documents are completed we are still Wolfden.  I will update you once things have changed,

Regards,

Ian

Hello Ian,

just a couple notes on your email... I think the polarnet address you cc'd to is an older email, probably 3 years or so, Phyllis' new address (change last October) is licensing@nunavutwaterboard.org and Richards is licensingtrainee@nunavutwaterboard.org

I will forward the email and attachments to them for the public record.

On another note, the application for renewal was made under the Wolfden name.  Has there been a formal change of name submitted to the NWB for licensing correspondence and future reference. If not, would you be able to get something in shortly.  Am I safe to assume that the HIG renewal should be issued under "Zinifex Canada"?

Thanks for the help,

Dave

Hi Dave,

Please find attached our 2006 Annual Report for NWB2HIG0506 and a copy of our 2005 Report.

I was speaking to Phyllis about this last week and meant to send her a copy then.

Please note that part of the requirements of our 2006 license were that water quality samples should be collected as per Part J Item 4 from lakes before any on ice drilling, or drilling proximal to the lake began.  This was a change from our previous license, and I was not aware of this until after the conclusion of our program.  In all future programs I will make sure that these samples are collected before drilling commences.  Is there anything we can do after the fact to help satisfy the conditions of our license?

Regards,

Ian

Hello Ian,

just going through the draft licence for the High Lake renewal and had noticed that the technical reveiwer hadn't taken a look at prior compliance and especially the Annual Reports.  Richard had confirmed that the NWB does not have a copy of the 2005 or 2006 Annual Reports under the High Lake Licence, 2BE-HIG0506.  Could you please confirm as to whether the reports had been submitted, and hopefully forward a copy to me to included in the review and within the HIG file.

Thanks for your help,

Dave
