Good afernoon Andrew and Ian.  The Nunavut Water Board hereby acknowledges receipt, 
on February 9, 2007 of the above application.  Your file number has changed from NWB2HIG 
to 2BE-HIG.  Please reference this number on all future correspondence.  
Administratively your application is deficient in that we have not received any water use
 fees for the 2004, 2005 and 2006 seasons.  Our records show an outstanding balance of $90.00.  
Your $60.00 cheque received with your renewal will be sent to DIAND as $30 for the admin fee 
and $30 for the 2007 season.  Please review your records to confirm outstanding amounts.  
Once the file has undergone a technical review, and is deemed complete, it will be sent out 
to distribution for a 30 day review period.
