This is a follow-up to our conversation a short while ago.  

Our preference when we applied for our permits was to receive the permits for the two years of planned activities.  However, we can proceed based on a one year permit and if conditions do not change substantially, we will apply for an extension 3 months prior to the end of the permit.

The GN-DOE submitted the same comments regarding the screening application for the project.  Their comments were addressed in our submission to NIRB prior to the NIRB decision recommending that the
project proceed.
