Only other thing I have is the coordinates per the attached.  They didn't send another map in showing them tho so can you ask for one when you ask for the rest of the deficiencies?

Hi Phyllis,

We don't have the stream crossing info request for this application, but Dionne thought that their crossing report might be sufficient.

Questions though...

1.  have you heard anything back from True North on their application for the road, extraction of bulk sample and drilling??

2.  have you an Advanced Exploration Questionnaire from these guys for their bulk sampling of 500 tonnes?  do they need one? they claim they don't (q.16 questionnaire).

3. Their project summary indicates in para 4 that they will be doing drilling, they've requested the water use, however they have not completed anything under the Drilling Information section in the questionnaire.

4.  Also, they state that they don't need a SCP as there will not be any fuel stored at site, however they will be keeping some fuel at their drill sites and I would assume that there is the potential for spills along the proposed road upgrade, even if it is only 2.7km, I would think they should have a plan in place to deal with any potential spills during the use of the road, transport of their 500 tonne bulke sample (ie 150-200 haultruck loads).

5.  under water supply and treatment, no information provided?

6.  Waste Treatment and Disposal; under Empty Barrels/fuel drums; states no fuel stored on site> how are the drills run? must be fueled somehow?

7.  They don't have anything written up for A&R either, not even within the questionnaire, where most try to pass off what they include as being their A&R Plan.

Let me know what you have,,,other than the above, I guess this one's ready to go out for review!!!

Thanks,

Dave

Hi Dave,

File ready for PTR.  Phyllis has sent an email to Bonnie Pemberton seeking clarification of Lat/longs’ and also project summary indicates a 5 tonne mini bulk sample was taken in 2004.  Phyllis has requested clarification on the water licence number this work was done under.  In the meantime do a PTR and let Phyllis know once file ready for distribution.

Thanks,

Dionne
