The only change to the application package is the inclusion of drilling.  In the Abandonment and Restoration Plan drilling activities have been included.  Under Seasonal Shutdown and Final Abandonment and Restoration, we have included how drill sites will be cleaned up and restored where necessary.  As well, the drill sites will be documented (before and after photos) for reporting.

 

In the Spill Contingency Plan, we have included the MSDS sheets for products that will or may be used for drilling.  The original Spill Contingency Plan already contained spill response actions for these products.  As the original application, which was withdrawn last spring, included drilling, the Spill Contingency Plan was written to include all spill response actions.
