Hi Matthew,

I work with the Water Resources office of Indian and Northern Affairs Canada in Iqaluit and am reviewing your company's water licence application for the Prince of Wales, Chartrand Lake, and Devon Island Projects.  The Nunavut Water Board's ftp site does not have a spill contingency plan or abandonment and restoration plan for the Chartrand Lake Project.  I imagine that these plans will follow the same template as those of the other projects, i.e., different title and fly-camp coordinates.  Please forward copies of these plans to myself and Phyllis Beaulieu, Manager of Licensing with the Nunavut Water Board, if you have them on-hand.  This requested information shouldn't hold up your licence application
