The Nunavut Water Board's ftp site does not have a spill contingency plan or abandonment and restoration plan for the Chartrand Lake Project. I imagine that these plans will follow the same template as those of the other projects, i.e., different title and fly-camp coordinates. Please forward copies of these plans to myself and Phyllis Beaulieu, Manager of Licensing with the Nunavut Water Board, if you have them on-hand. This requested information shouldn't hold up your licence application Enjoy your week-end! David Indian and Northern Affairs Canada Water Resources Division Iqaluit, NU tl. (867) 975-4555 fx.
