Here are my comments. Non-combustible garbage to be taken off site. Combustibles to be burned. Sumps to be backfilled when closing. Effects on wildlife to be kept at a minimum. Blasting not to occur if it affects the wildlife. Wildlife must have right of way. Not to conduct land based drilling within 30 meters of any high water mark. Any archaeological sites should be reported to appropriate authorities.
