Hi Phyllis..

This addresses the EC issues, so we can go ahead with issuance of the NWB2REP file.  Please include this in the file.

Thanks,

J

Hi Jim,
Further to our conversation earlier today, Environment Canada's outstanding concerns with the location of discharge point for the NWB2REP file have been addressed.  Just to verify, the reason that the discharge location for the RBC has been changed is simply due to operational issues associated with pumping the effluent uphill to the previous discharge location.  The proposed discharge location is sufficient distance from the waterbodies and is ripraped at the discharge point to prevent erosion.  If my understanding of the situation is incorrect, please send me a note with a clarification.  Thanks Jim.

Take care,
Colette
