Good morning Fergus.  Upon reviewing the above file it is noted that the NWB did not receive a water use fee for 2004/05.  This outstanding fee can be paid by submission of a cheque made payable to "Receiver General for Canada" or by Visa.  The fee sent in and received on October 9th will be credited to the file for the 1st year of the renewal, upon issue.
