This proposal was reviewed under another file as well INAC N2006C0041 on the PLANNER program file name WUCTHELO. The notice was sent to all agencies, but I found for some reason, the NWB did not receive that notice. I have forwarded this email to Mr. Peter Wilson to ensure that this problem is rectified. I have copied that notice which was sent on Dec. 20, 2006 (I will forward the actual email to you shortly) below to this response Apologies for the inconvenience. Brian Aglukark ------------------- Peter Wilson (Nunavut Planning Commission) has updated the status of WUCTHELO on PLANNER's project status page. Details: The project proposal has been found to conform to all applicable terms of the Keewatin Regional Land Use Plan. The signed conformity determination is in the NPC folder on PLANNER. ------------------ > -----Original Message----- > From: Phyllis Beaulieu [mailto:licensing@nunavutwaterboard.org] > Sent: Tuesday, March 27, 2007 3:07 PM > To: Bobby Suluk ; Brian Aglukark; Conformity NPC; Jayko Alooloo > Subject: 2BE-SAN - Sand Lake Project - Western Uranium Corporation > Importance: High > > Good afternoon.
