From: Roberts, Jeremy [JRoberts@GOV.NU.CA] Sent: Tuesday, May 15, 2007 10:16 AM To: Phyllis Beaulieu Subject: *****SPAM***** RE: 2BE-SCH - Schultz Lake Project - Forum Uranium Corp Section 25 of the Supplementary Questionnaire states that the drinking water will not be treated. The only way to make the water safe is to filter/treat or boil it. 1. The staff should be informed that no untreated water source can ever be considered safe. If the water can't be boiled, then bleach should be made available. Adding 6 drops of unscented, household bleach (4 to 6 percent chlorine) per 4.5L will improve the quality of the water. Allow the water to sit for 30 minutes after bleach has been added. Jeremy Roberts, C.P.H.I.(C) Environmental Health Officer P.O.
