Sorry about the lack of annual reports - I didn't read the fine print.
Please find them attached.  I don't plan to go back up to do exploration work until 2008, but there are rumours from our mining department that they may go up to do some drilling next year.  Therefore, I thought it was safer to do a one-year license than to ask for a longer period of time.  If there is little problem in amending a license, then I would like to go for a 2-year term; I'm not sure about the mining department in 2007, but I am sure about exploration in 2008.

The Nunavut Water Board acknowledges receipt of your application for renewal of your current water license.  Please take note that your file number has changed to 2BE-SIS.  I am inquiring about whether you would like to revise the length of your license for 3-5 years instead of only 1.  You can then amend the license at any time to reflect changes to the operation and amount of water that will be used.  Also, we have not received an annual report from you for 2004 or 2005.  I would suggest that these be sent in as soon as possible even if there was no activity on the property.  Here is the link to the annual report form to be used.

Also outstanding is our annual water use fee for 2005.  If you did not use water last year the fee can be waived and your annual report will indicate this.  Any questions, Ken, please don't hesitate to call.  My extension is 26.
