Morning Phyllis,
Following please find a slightly less cryptic
version of what I was trying to convey yesterday during our phone
conversation.
It has
come to our attention that there is an error on the map submitted with the
application to renew NWB2SNN0305.
It
appears that Inuit Owned Land Sub-Surface Parcels HB-02 and HB-15 were marked on
the map in place of IOL Surface Parcels HB-04 and
HB-06.
Also
inadvertently included on the map were IOL Parcels RE-30 and RE-27 which we
recognize are also sub-surface parcels.
In
summary we request to add to the application IOL Parcels HB-04 and HB-06,
and remove HB-02, HB-15, RE-27 and RE-30.
Attached is a new map which reflects these
changes.
We have
submitted details of this correction to each of the respective Regional Inuit
Associations involved (Kivalliq and Qikiqtani), including a copy of the new
map.
