Good afternoon Nicole.  Further to Richards email to you of October 12, 2005
indicating the requirement for a Water Use Fee, please be advised that we
require the fees as follows:

For August 6, 2004 to August 5, 2005 ($30.00)
For Sept 9, 2005 to Sept 8, 2006 ($30.00)for a total of $60.00
We have waived the requirement to submit fees for Jan 1, 2004 to August 5,
2004.
