Further to the e-mails from both yourself and Richard regarding the Water
Use Fees for NWB2SNN0305 and NWB2SNN0508 please be advised that I have put
in a cheque request with our accounting department and should have it in the
mail to you by the end of the week.

The cheque will be for $60.00, representing the past year's water use fee
for 2004-2005, and the current year's fee for 2005-2006, as requested.

If you have any further questions regarding this matter please do not

indicating the requirement for a Water Use Fee, please be advised that we
require the fees as follows:

For August 6, 2004 to August 5, 2005 ($30.00)
For Sept 9, 2005 to Sept 8, 2006 ($30.00)for a total of $60.00
We have waived the requirement to submit fees for Jan 1, 2004 to August 5,
2004.
