Sorry
for the delay in responding, I was off sick for a week and just getting back
into the swing of things. We will require the following documents for
renewal of license NWB2WAL0406. Please take note that your file number has
changed to 2BE-WAL0406. Please reference this number when
responding.
1. Application form using the most up-to-date copy available
from our ftp site at the following link:
2. Supplemental questionnaire for remote camps
3. Admin fee of $30.00
4. Water use fee of $30.00 for the period of July
15/05 to July 14/06
5. Water use fee
of $30.00 for the 1st year of this renewal (fees may be paid by cheque
made payable to "Receiver General for Canada" or by Visa)
Water use fees came into effect on January 1, 2004 and
are to be paid annually. Please refer to the NWT Waters Regulations on our
ftp site at the following link:
6. In accordance with Part G, Item 1 of your
current license, an addendum to the Spill Plan was to be submitted within 30
days of issuance of the license. We did not receive this addendum and
therefore you will be required to submit an up-to-date copy of this
plan.
7. In accordance with Part H, Item 1 of your
current license, an Abandonment and Restoration Plan was to be submitted within
60 days of issuance of the license. We did not receive this document and
it will be required with your renewal.

These are the administrative requirements to renew the
license. Once the file is assigned to one of our techs you may be
contacted for any deficiencies from a technical standpoint.

I am writing to you as our license, number
NWB2WAL0406 -type 'B', water management area Nunavut 06, will expire this June
and I wish to renew the license
our original plans for drilling were never
actualized and any disturbance was kept to a minimum with our 7 man camp
that
we had
Currently we do not have any direct plans for
drilling this year, however we may still complete the originally planned
drilling.
