I would like to extend the date on the NTI Whale Cove project until 
August 31, 2005. I would also like to extend the area of influence to 
include Subsurface IOL parcel WC-09 (further west of current area). 
Please let me know what you need from my end to modify the water 
license. Activities will continue identical to the first summer of field 
work in the eastern part of the area.
