Further to our recent telephone conversation this
afternoon, this email is just to confirm that you will be forwarding the MSDS's
required as per approval letter of November 17, 2004 along with your 2004 Annual
Report as per Part B, Item 1 of the Licence. The sheets in question were
updated in 2004 as you so kindly pointed out, however several of the product
data sheets will need replacing for next exploration season.
