A draft copy of the Table of Contents for this report was previously submitted to the NWB for review and comment. On December 20, 2004 the City received a draft copy of the A&R Plan from Nunatta. After reviewing the submission from Nunatta it is our opinion that there are several deficiencies both in formatting and content in the report which need to be addressed prior to submission of the report to the NWB. The City is requesting a 45 day extension for the submission of the A&R Plan to the NWB in order to allow time to address the deficiencies identified by the City. Regards, Brad L.
