Hi Phyllis - I will be on leave between July 11 and August 10.  I have asked
if Tania can participate if the hearings occur during my absence or shortly
upon my return.  However, given the busy summer we have, even this may be
challenging - Tania is basically tied up from third week of July until the
third week of August.  The first week of August would be her only opening.
Therefore, DFO may have to rely on a written intervention without a presence
at the hearings.
