There has been no correspondence since the November 30, 2006 letter from Joe.

The City still intends to carry through with its amendment application.
Unfortunately due to the current workload of the City's engineering department we have been forced to place it on the back burner. I envision it will remain on the backburner until after construction season or until our workload eases to give us the opporuntiy to formulate a response to Joe's letter.
