We received a copy awhile back of a letter dated May 30, 2003 addressed to
Glen Stephens, DIAND with regards to Land Use Permit for renewal of
Contaminated Soils, Iqaluit.

In the last sentence, you write "...the Board is screening the project
proposal and sending this Application to the distribution List for written
comments." Has the timeperiod for written comments elapsed? If not, could we
get a copy of the comment form for this project?
