I have briefly reviewed the documents attached, and there is a couple of
points requiring clarification:

* Wastewater effluent management falls within the NWB Water License
hence needs to be included in an application and follow due process with
NWB. (Note that there is only 1 month allocated for Regulatory permits
in the time frame!).

* I am not sure if I understood clearly the suggestion that GN will
review the project, and DFO & EC will be excluded.  Again, any project
related to wastewater management has to be reviewed by NWB, and they
will include any Federal and Territorial Agency having jurisdiction or
permitting authority or interest on the issue.

* Again, a reminder that in Nunavut, INAC administers the Waters Act
hence will be involved in any review or license regarding wastewater.

* I am not clear if Snowfluent technology is being proposed as a
substitute for the primary + secondary wastewater effluent treatment, as
indicated in the City's latest NWB application.  If that is the case,
then the City needs to bring this issue asap to NWB, since this would
significantly impact the application as well as the dates proposed for
technical and public hearings.
