Good morning,
I have been talking with Mr. McPherson the last
couple days trying to clarify what is still needed with the renewal application
following the letter that was sent out in early July. I told Alex that I
would send back a copy of his application form and questionnaire, along with an
application from another company that is applying for their Licence to show what
kind of information is required. Rather than mailing them out, I thought I
might try your email and see if he might be able to get the documents faster
this way.
If you have access to the internet, the docujments
are available on the NWB ftp site and can be copied to your own PC or opened
from the site. The BUR documents are located in the BUR folder at the
following link:
THe example documents I would like you to have a
look at are under the TMP folder at the following link:
This folder contains the Application form and Supplementary Questionnaire,
completed to acceptable levels.
Forms are available online as well at the ftp site, please look at the
following link to obtain copies of these forms.
If for some reason you cannot access these files, just let me know and I'll
either forward a copy to Mr. McPherson ASAP by regular mail or I could include
the documents as attachments (however some are large files).
