Good morning Mr. McPherson.  It is my understanding, from correspondence on file to date, that no work has commenced on the Burnt Creek property.  KIA have indicated that your IOL access right has expired and you are in the process of renewing your permit with them.  Until such time as all the requested documents have been provided, including but not limited to an accepable Abandonment and Restoration Plan, an acceptable Spill Contingency Plan, and Land Use Permit, we are unable to continue processing your application at this time.  Once all documentation has been received and is of an acceptable standard, we will continue with a review of your application.
