Hello 

We have a project proposal that has been submitted to NIRB that is currently on hold.  They are asking us to confirm whether or not we need a Nunavut Water Board License.  I've attached the NIRB application that outlines the project.  Would it be possible to review this proposal and send us a note informing us as to whether a water License is required for this project.

Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
