As a follow-up to my voicemail of 22 May, 2007, Nasittuq is requesting some guidance with respect to documentation required to support the assignment of licences from DND to Nasittuq Corporation.  In Reference "B", Nasittuq provided a copy of the letter from NWSO requesting the transfer of licenses.  In addition, Nasittuq provided the relevant article from the Contract between DND and Nasittuq which indicates that Nasittuq has care, custody and control of the North Warning sites.  Would it suffice to provide a letter signed by both parties indicating that DND wishes to assign the licences and Nasittuq accepts the assignment of the licenses.  We would once again highlight the appropriate provision from the Contract as evidence of the requirement to assign the licenses?
