I apologize for not responding earlier.  Weather here in Iqaluit has been down since Sunday evening and again today all services within the City of Iqaluit are shut down. 

Both  Kevin Robertson, Inspector-Land  and I  are in receipt of a detailed plan from a Kelly Landon of Nasittuq Corp.  A review of this plan  will be conducted over the next day and it's completeness assessed as per the terms of the Order issued on March 4th,2007.

Once that review is completed we will be in contact with your offices and that of Nasittuq Corporation.
