As per our telephone discussion on subject this morning, Nasittuq has
reconsidered and decided to withdraw the
application for amendment to the Quantity of Water Usage at the captioned
NWS sites as stipulated
in the original license terms and conditions issued by the Nunavut Water
Board.  Nasittuq Corp. however will
still request NWB to review and approve the amendment to the sewage disposal
condition at the captioned NWS sites.
