Hello,

I would like to have the discrepancies between the INAC and the NWB
applications addressed.  The current INAC application N2003E0032 is
lacking several pieces of information, which are present on the NWB's
application (i.e the mention of water crossings).  It appears that the
scope of the project may have changed.
